Zij kunnen dus al op jonge leeftijd (ruwweg vanaf 20 jaar) kennismaken met sociale projecten van Kiwanis.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1492\" src=\"https:\/\/clients.webkrea.be\/kiwanis\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/40\/2021\/09\/logoYP_2016.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"218\" height=\"101\" srcset=\"https:\/\/club-template-fr.kiwanisbelux.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/40\/2021\/09\/logoYP_2016.jpg 218w, https:\/\/club-template-fr.kiwanisbelux.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/40\/2021\/09\/logoYP_2016-200x93.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 218px) 100vw, 218px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jongeren uit het hele district Belgi\u00eb-Luxemburg \u00a0kunnen zich aansluiten onder de koepel van de organisatie &#8220;Young Professionals Belux&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Zodra een groep jongeren zich sterk genoeg voelt om op eigen benen te staan, kan zij een aanvraag indienen om officieel te worden gecharterd en een nieuwe Young Professionals club te vormen. Op deze manier proberen we meer jongeren lid te maken van Kiwanis, zodat er geleidelijk aan meer jonge Kiwani\u00ebrs in het hele Belux District zullen zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Alleen zo kunnen we de toekomst van Kiwanis verzekeren door deze enorme stroom van creativiteit, originele en nieuwe idee\u00ebn en jeugdig enthousiasme in het dagelijkse leven van Kiwanis te projecteren. Zodra de Young Professionals club officieel is gecharterd, is het de bedoeling dat de clubleden bij elkaar blijven en, indien de gemiddelde leeftijd het toelaat (&gt;35 jaar), een eigen club oprichten.<\/p>\n<p>Young Professionals-clubs zijn meestal vanaf het begin gemengd, wat voor een goed evenwicht zorgt en vaak voor meer cohesie binnen de club. Het bereik is ook positiever wanneer de club gemengd is want een nauwkeurig beeld van de samenleving spreekt de mensen meer aan. Samenwerking van alle seksen leidt altijd tot een sterker en evenwichtiger resultaat.<\/p>\n<p>Het bewustzijn van de onderliggende problemen in de samenleving is groot onder Young Professionals.<\/p>\n<p>Steeds meer jongeren willen zich op sociaal gebied inzetten en Kiwanis moet een platform kunnen bieden, zodat jongeren die zich voor de samenleving willen inzetten, weten waar zij de juiste gelegenheid kunnen vinden. Wij moeten in staat zijn jongeren te bereiken die nu naar JCI, Leo, Rotaract, &#8230; of andere clubs kijken.
