Depuis, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des centaines de Kiwaniens et de Kiwaniennes assist\u00e9s de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles ext\u00e9rieurs ces \u00ab No\u00ebl Kiwanis dans la Cit\u00e9 \u00bb allaient \u00ab allumer des \u00e9toiles \u00bb dans les yeux d&#8217;enfants de nombreuses villes du pays.<br><br>Cette action sociale a pour objectif d&#8217;inviter chaque citoyen \u00e0 d\u00e9poser dans des maisonnettes ou \u00e0 des points de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts anim\u00e9s par le Kiwanis des jouets, vivres, v\u00eatements et tous objets utiles aux enfants en situation de d\u00e9tresse. Les ann\u00e9es \u00e9coul\u00e9es ont vu se d\u00e9velopper ces op\u00e9rations aux quatre coins du pays, non seulement dans les grandes agglom\u00e9rations comme Bruxelles, Anvers, Namur et Charleroi mais \u00e9galement dans de nombreuses communes du pays \u00e0 l&#8217;instigation des clubs kiwaniens locaux.<br><br>Au fils des ann\u00e9es, ces actions de collectes et de redistribution ont pris progressivement de l&#8217;ampleur au point que les autorit\u00e9s communales locales ont tenu \u00e0 y apporter leur concours.
